This registry is made available through the Internet with the intent to better assist our community in preventing and protecting against the commission of future criminal sexual acts by convicted sex offenders. The registration of sex offenders is intended to provide the Oneida people with an appropriate, all-inclusive, and valuable means to monitor those persons who pose such a potential danger.

This website is provided as a public service by the Oneida Indian Nation. Using this website, interested community members have access to and may search the website for public information regarding the presence or location of offenders who, in most cases, have been convicted of sexually violent offenses against adults and children and other crimes against minors. Community members who use this website can educate themselves about the possible presence of such offenders in their community.
